• All prices are fixed & non-negotiable, unless stated otherwise. Please see the 'Pricing' section for some insight into my prices.
• I am more than happy to make slight adjustments of any piece (i.e clasp, extension chain, etc) upon request, please leave a note at checkout or contact me upon purchase if you would like this.
• All orders are carefully gift wrapped & come with a handwritten thank you note, care guide, business card, + stickers. See social media for packaging examples.
Custom Orders

A Treasuringz custom piece is the perfect way to bring any jewellery you desire to life. I fully devote myself to create precisely what you imagine, down to every tiny detail.
Frequent updates & progress pictures are sent throughout, I gladly make any adjustments or corrections upon request.
• If you would like to start a custom order, please fill out a form (see below) and send it to me via email or Instagram DM. One form is required per piece, including orders of multiple pieces for one individual.
• The creation time for a custom piece can range anywhere between 2 days - 3 weeks, depending on complexity, item type, any special requests, etc. This estimate excludes any wait time before beginning the creation process, which will be discussed before deposit placement.
• You will be given a rough price quote before placing any deposit(s). Please keep in mind that these are estimates based on the specifications & requests first discussed, and are subject to slight change.
• A deposit is required to secure your slot before the piece is made. The deposit amount will be subtracted from the final price of the piece upon purchase.
• If you would like to include any additional material(s) that I don't already have, I will gladly order in anything you request. Additional upfront payment covering the cost of said material(s) is required.

Shipping
• Worldwide shipping is available on all orders.
• Multiple UK postage options are available to select at checkout, all are Royal Mail services. International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked service.
• Please allow 1-5 days from purchase date for me to package & post your order. All orders are packaged carefully to ensure maximum safety.
• I am not responsible for any package after posting. As frustrating as it is, once something is posted, it’s whereabouts is out of my control. However, I always do my best to help resolve issues - i.e making claims, remakes, & refunds for lost / damaged items.
Pricing
• Every piece is 1-of-a-kind & entirely handmade by me. a huge amount of effort, practice, time, and money goes into my work. some pieces can take me up to 9 hours.
• I run my business entirely independently and single-handedly. This means not only creating the items themselves, but also packaging, sourcing materials, social media / website management, content creation, etc.
• My work features high quality beads & materials including genuine freshwater pearls, gemstones, czech glass, handmade lampwork glass, & much more.
• All eyepins, jump rings & headpins are stainless steel. Other charms & hardware are silver plated / nickel + lead free alloys.
• All materials are sourced as responsibly as possible, many being upcycled / secondhand. It has taken me lots of time & effort to source my collection of beads, charms, etc; each piece features material from countless places, making it truly 1-of-a-kind.
• Cost & labour cost of my packaging, business cards, boxes, bubble mailers, freebies, notecards etc.
• Website, email, & domain fees, shipping prices, etc.
